Phone: 281-772-6337Send Christine a message.Christine is a native Houstonian who spent her younger years in the SW area of Houston. She attended Texas A & M and the University of New Mexico where she lived for several years before returning to Houston.
She began her real estate career in the early 1980s in Albuquerque, NM where she worked for a large commercial real estate company gaining a lot of knowledge about multi-family and investment properties. Christine was responsible for the marketing and administration of the companies vast property portfolio. She also assisted the Brokers and Agents with their real estate projects. This work and experience jump started her career in real estate.
Christine returned to the Houston area and obtained her Texas Real Estate license in the early 1990s. Since that time she has been selling and leasing residential and commercial real estate throughout the greater Houston area. She has been known to travel to cities outside of the Houston area and sell homes, land and commercial buildings. She will go where she is needed.
In the mid-1990s, Christine moved to The Woodlands area and has been serving the community continuing her real estate career. She is a real estate producer in The Woodlands area consistently increasing her sales volume.
Christine has a following of clients who depend on her professionalism and skills as a real estate professional to provide them with the expertise they need to make an informed, educated decision when investing in their homes or businesses.
She does not discriminate when it comes to her clients and never allows the value of a property to influence her standard of service. Christine says, "I appreciate every customer and I value the relationships I have with my clients. I know that a first-time homebuyer is as important as someone who may be more experienced with the process. My success comes from the satisfaction of my clients who refer me to friends and relatives."
Being a workaholic is something that she struggles with but Christine does enjoy her time off when she gets it and loves to travel and spend time with her husband, Joe (also with RE/MAX) and her son, Nicholas.
"I have been affiliated with other real estate companies, but I have found that the RE/MAX company concept allows me the ability to provide the RE/MAX name recognition to my own branded business. I have been with RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring since 2001 and since that time my business has continued to grow and prosper," states Christine.
