Home sales started out a little slow in The Woodlands in 2017 but the past couple of weeks things have really picked up.  We aren't seeing one particular company moving employees into the area but rather a mix of local people moving around and some moving in from different places around the world.  Prices are stable and not really increasing nor decreasing and I don't expect to see much of a change this year.  We have a large inventory of homes both new construction, resale and lease homes on the market right now and I feel sellers are going to have to make some price adjustments if they want their home to sell during the spring summer months.  We all know that the hottest market time for selling is between March and July and those months go by quickly.  It's important to have your home in its best condition to show and to make sure it's priced competitively.  You may only get one shot at a buyer looking at your home and if they don't feel it's priced well, they will pass you by and not come back.  This is the perfect time to put your home on the market and my team can help you get your home on the market and sold!
